Because enablement excellence deserves to be recognized! Once voting closes, finalists move to judging — and the winners will be notified in July 2025 and publicly announced in August 2025. Here’s what each individual winner and company executive sponsor will receive:

A distinguished panel of industry experts will analyze the top 3 candidates, determined by peer voting, using a formal rubric to ensure a fair and balanced decision-making process. With deep experience across revenue enablement, sales, and marketing, this panel is committed to recognizing true excellence and innovation.
Grace Bacon

Grace Bacon brings 10+ years of experience leading high-impact marketing, product, and growth initiatives across tech and media. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, she previously held executive roles at Quartz and has played a key role in establishing Showpad’s market leadership through brand strategy, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.

VP of Product & Technology
Bram De Geyter has led product strategy, design, and engineering for high-growth tech companies across Europe and Latin America. Based in Ghent, Belgium, he combines his startup experience and passion for innovation to build impactful, real-world solutions — most recently driving product excellence and delivering cutting-edge innovations at Showpad.
Vanessa Metcalf
VP of Revenue Enablement
Vanessa Metcalf has nearly a decade of SaaS experience spanning sales, revenue operations, and enablement roles at both startups and global organizations. Based in Toronto, Canada, she is passionate about helping organizations scale revenue by driving go-to-market effectiveness and believes it’s the key to scalable growth.
